FPV Duel
The system is an add-on module for the T1 ‘Counter-Drone’ trainer. It enables a drone pilot and a shooter to train simultaneously in a shared VR environment in a person-versus-person format, learn to fly a drone without the risk of losing equipment, improve reaction time and maneuvering precision, and practice scenarios that closely reflect real-world conditions.
Two participants. One virtual duel
The shooter — detects the attacking FPV threat, reacts to the drone's maneuvers, and drills engaging the target using the base VARTA ‘Counter-Drone’ complex's equipment.
The drone pilot — flies the FPV drone using a physical remote controller and a first-person view in FPV goggles, carries out the flight task, and changes trajectory and attack tactics.
The shared scenario — synchronizes the FPV drone's flight simulation with the shooter's VR environment. How the training develops depends on the decisions of both participants.
An extension of the base VARTA ‘Counter-Drone’ complex
VARTA ‘FPV Duel’ is an expansion module for VARTA ‘Counter-Drone’: it integrates with its VR environment and instructor-station software, and requires no replacement or upgrade of the base set.
