This policy describes what data may be processed when using the VARTA.SYSTEMS website, why it is used and which settings are available to visitors.
Data you provide
In enquiry forms, you may provide your name, unit or organization, phone number or email, request type and a comment. The email address provided is processed for newsletter subscription.
Technical data and storage
The site may store your language choice, temporary context of a selected system for an enquiry form and, only after analytics consent, technical information about use of the site. Analytics context includes the page path, referrer domain and permitted UTM parameters; it does not include form data and is retained for up to 90 days.
How we use the data
Enquiry data is used to process the request, contact you and prepare a response or commercial offer. A subscriber’s email is used to send news and updates. Technical data helps operate the site and, where consent is provided, analyze its use.
Services used by the site
The site uses Vercel for hosting, Telegram for enquiry notifications, and Resend for newsletter subscription and email delivery. After your analytics consent, it uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. These services receive only the data needed for the relevant technical action.
Cookies and analytics settings
Analytics technologies are enabled only after your consent. You can allow or decline analytics and change your decision at any time through “Cookie settings” in the Footer. Declining does not limit enquiries, contact, presentation download or newsletter subscription.
Retention and contact
