ISP trainers for training territorial defense units

As Ukraine's territorial defense system was actively developing, high-quality, regular practical training of personnel took on particular importance. ISP proposed using its own interactive trainer systems for this purpose.

The T1 trainer, along with the RPG-7 and SPG-9 trainers, made it possible to train riflemen and grenade launcher operators in a controlled environment without using live ammunition. The core concept behind these systems was to enable repeated practice of training exercises, raise the quality of personnel training and, at the same time, reduce the cost of running sessions.

Particular attention was paid to training local territorial defense units, for whom skills in built-up areas and confident handling of standard-issue weapons were of major importance. As of February 5, 2022, ISP emphasized the need to accelerate unit training and the readiness of the trainer systems for use in the training process.
